Renaissance Island beach

On the Renaissance, the beaches of Iguana and Flamingos are equipped. Iguana beach, covered with fine pinkish-white sand, is located on the shore of a small lagoon. The entry into the water is sloping, the bottom is sandy. The water is calm, without waves. Under the shady palm trees hammocks and sun loungers are installed. Due to the isolation of the island, the beach is never crowded. You can relax with the children. There is a restaurant and a bar. Iguanas often come to the beach, who take people quite calmly.

In another part of the atoll is Flamingo Beach, which got its name thanks to large birds with unusual plumage. Flamingos roam in the water among vacationers, calmly posing for photos and videos, but you shouldn’t get too close to them - they can peck. The beach is accessible only to adult hotel guests.

The atoll is replete with representatives of various species of the animal world. In the wild parts of the island you can see numerous lizards, nests of pelicans together with their inhabitants, heron, many birds, and in the coastal waters there are a huge number of fish and shellfish. If you are lucky, you can meet rare representatives of marine fauna, such as leopard moray eels.

When is it better to go

Aruba is an island of hemiclastic origin in the Caribbean, which lie in the subequatorial climate zone. Almost imperceptible changes in seasonal temperatures, a slight amount of precipitation throughout the year, and constant trade winds are very typical here. Aruba is located outside the hurricane belt. Daytime air temperature does not exceed + 32 °C all year round; at night it does not fall below + 25 °C. Water temperature – is about + 30 °C. You can go to Aruba at almost any time of the year, except for a short period from October to December (the rainy season).
