Cap Aurora beach
Cap Aurora is a small beach about 500 m long, located in the same name tourist complex between the resorts of Jupiter and Venus. It does not even a clear border with the last one.

In this small are there are several bays with stone bottom, soft waves and sandy coastline, blown by a light breeze. This place is very convenient for swimming and sunbathing, not overcrowded with visitors as the neighboring beaches, so everyone who is looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Not far from Cap Aurora is a closed nudist beach.
The well-developed beach infrastructure offers visitors of Cap Aurora diving and snorkeling equipment rental, as a variety of water attractions and entertainment. Restaurants, cafes and bars are available for those who want to eat and relax from the summer heat along the beach. The resort has shops, sports and children's playgrounds, courts, a summer theater and a disco.
The beach can be reached by road from Bucharest or Constanta. In walking distance of Cap Aurora there are mud baths and balneological center, thermal pools with sulphur-containing water. While on vacation on the beach, tourists can visit Mangalia and Constanta, as well as other sightseeings.
When is it better to go
The sea season on Romanian beaches opens at the end of spring and lasts at least 3.5-4 months, until the end of September. In May, as a rule, the sea is still quite cool – the average water temperature is + 17°C, air temperature – +20° C, sometimes it can rain. With the beginning of June, the water in the sea warms up and becomes pleasant for swimming.
High season on the Romanian beaches falls in July and August. It is sunny and warm at this time: air temperature – +30° C, water – +25° C, rains are rare – not more than 1-2 times a month. This period is ideal for families with children. Tourists who can not stand the heat, most of all will like a vacation on the beach in early September, when the sea is still warm, but the sun is not as hot as in the summer.
