Constanta beach
The beach area of Constanta is a 50 km long beachline located within the city limits of Romania's largest port. It unities several free city beaches with developed infrastructure.

There are many shops, cafes, and hotels along the beach. There is a rental of beach and sports equipment , water fun and attractions on the beach.
Constanta is a comfortable place for beach vacation with childre. The sea here is shallow and calm, protected by breakwater, the water is clear and warm, the white and grey sand is soft and clean. In the high season, especially on weekends, the beach can be noisy and crowded. In some places, access to the beach may be difficult due to the need to go down high and steep stairs.
Constanta as a major city has its own airport, rail and bus service to other Romanian resorts and the capital city of Bucharest. Resting on the beaches of Constanta, tourists have the opportunity to see historical and architectural monuments of the city, visit the dolphinarium, aquarium, planetarium, museum.
When is it better to go
The sea season on Romanian beaches opens at the end of spring and lasts at least 3.5-4 months, until the end of September. In May, as a rule, the sea is still quite cool – the average water temperature is + 17°C, air temperature – +20° C, sometimes it can rain. With the beginning of June, the water in the sea warms up and becomes pleasant for swimming.
High season on the Romanian beaches falls in July and August. It is sunny and warm at this time: air temperature – +30° C, water – +25° C, rains are rare – not more than 1-2 times a month. This period is ideal for families with children. Tourists who can not stand the heat, most of all will like a vacation on the beach in early September, when the sea is still warm, but the sun is not as hot as in the summer.
