Tanu beach
Tanu Beach is located on the north coast of Savai'i, in Manase. This place became popular thanks to the famous hotel of the same name on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Its main feature is the 28 traditional fale that are located right at the beach. These cozy houses with blinds-like walls guarantee not only solitude, but also protection from the heat of the Samoan sun.

Tanu is an uncrowded spacious beach covered in grainy white sand. Families with young children will feel comfortable thanks to the shallow water near the shore and a smooth descent into water. The clean water with a light turquoise tint near the shore and blue at the horizon is calm and warm, with waves a very rare occasion.
The calm and quiet atmosphere of Tanu allows to enjoy the unique Samoan nature and get acquainted with the local culture and cuisine represented by fresh seafood. The beach looks especially romantic during sunset that paint the sea orange and red.
