Eton beach
The beach is located in the east of Efate Island, and is a perfect option for a real beach holiday: white sand, warm sun and clear, aquamarine water. You can reach the place by rented car, bus or land on the shore as part of a tour of the numerous Islands of Vanuatu.

The entry into the crystal clear water is very convenient, there is a shallow water area, so swimming with children is absolutely safe. Despite the fact, that the territory of Eton Beach is suitable for family recreation, there are usually no vacationers, as the beach is considered to be wild due to undeveloped infrastructure: there are no hotels near the bay, as well as throughout the east coast.
But the paradise beach cannot be ignored, besides that, it is located near the Blue Lagoon, but local residents often conduct excursions here through the wild forest or snorkeling classes, as the underwater world near the beach is very diverse. Eton Beach is also a great place for a picnic or romantic date, while sights and historical monuments can be seen in Port Vila.
When is the best time to go?
From December to March, Vanuatu becomes restless: local residents and tourists can be disturbed by rains and hurricanes. The best time to visit the islands is summer and early autumn, when the southeast trade winds slightly remove the heat.
