Colorado beach
Playa Colorado is located on the Pacific coast in the municipality of Tola, Rivas, Nicaragua. Internationally recognized as one of the best surfing beaches. The territory is about 2 km. The local nature gives more than 300 days a year of unique conditions, that are no longer anywhere in Central America.

- One of the few beaches of Nicaragua with white sand. The entry into the water is sloping.

It is possible to get to Colorado Beach as follows: From the capital Managua or from Granada, Masaya the Panamerican-Sur route leads towards Rivas. From it there is a turn to Tolu. Upon arrival in Tolu, it is necessary to take a taxi and for $ 20 come to Playa Colorado.

When is the best time to go?
The best time to visit Nicaragua regarding the weather is the months from October to January, when the rains have already ended and the dry season has not yet arrived. However, keep in mind that many Americans come to Nicaragua for Christmas and New Year, which affects the price level.
