La Salis beach
La Salis beach lives a busy and active life from dusk to dawn in summer. In winter, beach is considered the sunniest and warmest, as far as it is certainly possible in the local climate.

This is a sandy beach with white and soft sand, which offers fascinating views of Antibes city and majestic Alps. Beach is located between the sailing club and the beginning of Cap d'Antibes. Beach has a relaxed atmosphere – no pathos and glamour. Even sunbeds and umbrellas everyone here brings with them or just impressively located on your own towel (good, fine and soft sand allows).
There are water areas with a sandy bottom, so with stones and algae on the beach. Therefore, before letting children go into the water – check the bottom and water personally. In total, water is clear and clean. There may be cloudiness but at the peak of the season, because the beach is sandy and crowded. In addition, water is muddy and from the fact that in the summer months a lot of yachts anchor at this coast.
Shallow beach, which means that it is safe for children's recreation. Depth starts smoothly and away from the shore.
When is the best time to go?
It is possible to relax in France at any time of the year, the time of the trip depends more on your preferences. Summer - a great time to travel to the sea. There are free toilets and showers near the sailing club. Sun loungers and umbrellas are not available for rent on this beach, so stock up on hats and sunscreen. Salis Beach offers for guests several kiosks – primitive beach bars – where you can buy baguettes stuffed with meat, cheese, vegetables, ice cream, fried potatoes, snacks and soft drinks.
There is a small supermarket near the beach. Prices here as usual, amaze consciousness, so better to take water and basic products with you. Beach has own parking lot, which costs from 3 to 5 Euro in the summer, depending on the rate.
Antibes sailing club is located at the beginning of beach, offers sailing lessons, kayak rentals, catamarans and equipment for windsurfers. You can also rent a mask and snorkel here. Those who are not too confident in the water, but prefer active recreation, organized into teams and play football, volleyball, tennis.

Look at what happened to the weather yesterday and day before. If you arrive immediately after the storm – relax on the beach will be uncomfortable.
