Lido del Faro beach

Lido del Faro is not suitable for rest with children. The depth already behind the buoys is about 500 m. However, it is very convenient to sunbathe here. Wide stone terraces descend to the sea, on which there are loungers and sunbeds. Low stone steps lead from the terrace to the terrace, one of them has a pool, where families with children come to rest, as the natural pool is a great alternative to the sea.

There is a restaurant of Mediterranean cuisine on the beach, open from the beginning of summer on weekends. It is possible to get to Lido del Faro by bus from the port on Anacapri. Buses run every 10-15 minutes, drive about 10 minutes.

When is it better to go

In terms of climate, the period from May to October is the most favorable for visiting Italy. The air and water temperature becomes ideal for a classic beach holiday, followed by a trip to the coast of Italy. However, it is necessary to remember that a long summer with the scorching sun, warm sea and pleasant sea breeze attracts crowds of tourists.
