Love Beach
Love Beach is a small but very picturesque coast on the northeastern edge of New Providence. This beach is located west of Cape Compass, about 14.5 km west of the center of Nassau. Due to the remote location, few visitors get here, and on the coast you can enjoy the romantic atmosphere and relative isolation from the outside world.

In terms of the Bahamas, it is a very quiet and secluded beach that attracts romantic couples and people who adore snorkeling. people come here with the purpose to swim in clear ocean waters surprising with numerous multi-colored exotic kinds of fish, and take wonderful romantic pictures on the beach with snow white dense sand. The coral reef covering the area of 16 ha is situated approximately 1.6 km away from the coast. Together with coastal rocks, it reliably protects Love Beach from strong waves.
The idyllic view of Love Beach is supplemented by numerous beach natural swimming pools of rocks and stones in shallow waters. While swimming near the reefs, one can meet sea turtles, devilfish, and even morays. However, giant sea urchins can occur near the rocks, so caution is required. It should also be remembered that the bottom is more rocky away from the beach.
When is the best time to go?
Holidays in the Bahamas are good at any time of the year, but the busy season is in the period from mid-November to May. The Bahamas are disposed quite low in relation to sea level, so the wind blows in the winter months, but it is gentle and soberly pleasant. The air temperature is between 27-29 degrees from the end of autumn to the beginning of summer. Traveling with children, it is better to come in the autumn months, while the spring is more appropriate to go for new emotions, and peacefully enjoy the sunshine – in winter.
