Moya beach
Moya is a tropical beach on the eastern side of the Pamandzi Island. Moya is a wild beach. There are no shops, sun loungers, bars, sunscreen umbrellas, and other benefits of civilization. But 3 km away is Dzaoudzi, the third most populous city in Mayotte. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, hotels, car repair shops, and large markets.

Moya has the following features:
- it has a crescent shade;
- it has a large size (more than 500 m in length and up to 30 m in width);
- it is located in scenic bay defending it from strong wind and high waves;
- it is surrounded by rocky mountains with lush greenery;
- it is famous for its large number of trees - 10 meters from the ocean shore a tropical forest begins.
Moya beach is famous for its smooth set of depth, perfect cleanliness, and beautiful ocean views. Hundreds of people rest here during the peak tourist season. But even so, there's still free space on the beach. It is possible to get by private transport, taxi or a rented boat.
When is the best time to go?
Mayotte is located in the southern hemisphere, since the climatic winter coincides there with the calendar summer, so the best time to visit the island is from September to November and from April to May, when a comfortable temperature is set.
