Jinshan beach
The beach is located near the capital of Taiwan, on the northeast coast, and is famous for its waves, which annually conquer extreme surfers. The waves here can be different, so there are a lot of newcomers and professionals on the coast, which is why the beach is always crowded.

It is best to catch luck by the tail and wait for your wave in the morning or in the late afternoon, as during the day the sea is significantly polluted after the surf. Equipment can be rented here or on the way to the beach, along the highway, which is best to get to the place of rest on a rented car or public transport, the journey takes from forty minutes to an hour.
In the area of the beach you can spend all day or stay overnight in hostels and nearby hotels, there is also a cafe with Asian cuisine and sea views, and experienced instructors who are ready to teach guests several surfing lessons. The sandy beach is also ready for meeting couples for whom a camping or barbecue area is organized on the coastline. There is also the opportunity to build sand castles, tanning and sunbathing. Due to its location, Chinshan Beach is considered one of the most equipped public recreational areas.
When is the best time to go?
The period from the end of September to April-May is the most favorable for a trip to Taiwan, since the weather in these months is not too hot to relax on the beach. October is considered the most comfortable month regarding the weather. Spring begins with the rainy season, in summer, intense heat keeps in these latitudes.
