Beach description
The coastline is narrow, and both the beach and the sea bottom are covered in colorful pebbles. The climate here is mild and Mediterranean. The water is warm and transparent in the morning, but it gets a bit muddy in the evening. The descent is steep, with deep waters starting immediately at the shore. There are no winds here due to the location; the cliffs protect the bay. High waves are also non-existent.
Cafes that serve Mediterranean, Spanish and European food operate on the beach. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented for the whole day at an additional cost in rental stores. A parking lot is located near the beach. An observation deck, from where one can easily admire the breathtaking view of the sea, mountains, grottos and caves, is located atop the hill.
The beach attracts many locals, but tourists rarely come here due to the uncomfortable descent into water. It's advised to wear slippers for a more comfortable time. You can get to the beach by car, taxi or bus. This is a popular place among divers and snorkeling enthusiasts.
When is it better to go
The beach season on the coast of Spain falls on the period from May to October. The water and air temperature reaches the most comfortable levels, thereby guaranteeing tourists a perfect vacation.
