To get to the beach of Aljibe de la Cueva, you can walk for 20-30 minutes or from El Cotillo by bus to the nearest bus stop on the road from gravel.
Barlovento is another deserted beach (along with Cofete ), located on the Jandia peninsula, only in its western part. Due to the constant gusts of wind, strong waves and undercurrents, it is not recommended for swimming, but it is definitely worth a visit for the sake of contemplation by the majestic mountains holding up the clouds.
