Kim Sha beach
Kim Sha on the island of Saint-Martin is the beaches for parties. Its name resembles of the eponymous Chinese restaurant (already closed). It is the first commercial institution on this beach area. Kim Sha Beach is located in a busy urban area, on the southeastern edge of Simpson Bay.

Beach description
The beach is not very long, but pleases visitors with a decent width and sloping. Thanks to the small reef protecting it, the surf here is quite calm. Yachts and boats often use its quiet Bay for mooring. There are several restaurants and bars by the water, a certified dive center and a shop for scuba diving, parasailing and other water activities in the center. Commercial establishments offer beach accessories for rent. There is a playground for children.
An outdoor massage service is available on the beach. After sunset, local venues regularly host beach parties and concerts, including the annual sailing regattas. Rest on Kim Sha Beach can be recommended to fans of beach parties.
When is the best time to go
The island of Saint-Martin is characterized by warm and dry weather all year round. July and August are considered the hottest months (average air temperature reaches + 32 °C). You can have a vacation in this Caribbean canton all year round, however, the high season falls on the period from December to April.
