Antikyra beach
Antikyra is a small but very beautiful beach located 32 km southwest of Levadia. It has a good infrastructure, low population, quiet and calm atmosphere. People come here to relax from the hustle and bustle, taste the best dishes of Aegean cuisine, enjoy the flavor of provincial Greece.

Beach description
The beach is covered with fine and medium pebbles. It's marked by a sharp increase in depth (starting from 5-10 meters from the shore), the absence of wind and strong waves. Local waters maintain high temperatures all the way to November. They bribe with transparency, purity, intense blue color. They are home to a large number of fish, octopus and squid.
The beach is surrounded by high mountains, slender trees and traditional Greek houses. There is a beautiful marina on its territory, where tourist and fishing ships of different eras are displayed. Special attention should be paid to the local lighting – at night, Antikyra is painted in bright yellow color, emitted by ancient lanterns.
The beach offer the guests the following leisure variants:

When is the best time to go?
Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing. So the best time to relax in Greece is the end of spring-beginning of summer or September-October.

In distance of 60 m from the beach is a 2-star hotel Antikyra Beach Hotel. It offers to tourists free parking, bar & restaurant on the territory of a hotel, also round trip transfer is offered. There is a laundry room in the hotel where you can wash clothes. All hotel rooms have air conditioning and refrigeration facilities. Special apartments are offered to families with children.

- The monastery of Hosios Loukas is one of the greatest creations of Greek architecture, whose age exceeds 1000 years. On its territory there are ancient frescoes, defensive walls and towers, a museum of Byzantine art;
