Camaiore beach

Place of Pacification and Peace

Camaiore beach is located near the town of the same name, which in turn is located in the Tuscan region between Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. The resort is located 9 kilometers away from the center. The town itself, too, looks like it was originally intended for recreation: there are beautiful parks, many bright flower beds, fruit trees, fountains and cafes. Quiet, clean ponds and paved roads are playing a role of a decorations. Private villas give the impression of peace, coziness - they are decorated with flowerpots with flowers, have small shaded courtyards.

Beach description

The Camaiore beaches are covered with sand. The sea is so clean it reflects the sky - it is nice to plunge into it in sultry weather. The coast is framed by mysterious landscapes that you never tire of contemplating.

This beach is ideal to relax with the whole family. Children will also have something to do here: there are plenty of water rides, they will have good fun. And this applies not only to children, but also to their parents. It is also possible to visit any of the parks, where there is enough entertainment. Accomodation places are comfortable, convenient and inexpensive. Therefore, family vacations are quite affordable.

Many areas on the shore belong to the territories of hotels, so you can’t relax for free there. Entrance is usually starts at 3 euros. And if you add all sorts of amenities in the form of umbrellas, lawn chairs, showers and toilets, then it will cost you about 10 euros.

You can also find areas where entrance is absolutely free. But there will be no such amenities and the beaches are not so well-maintained. You need to come with your umbrellas and take towels as bedding. There are no toilets nor shower. But still recreation there is quite acceptable: sandy surface of the beach, gently sloping shore and the gradual entry into the sea without sudden changes and cliffs provide for a good authentic experience of relaxation.

A significant disadvantage of such free beaches, however, is that they are always crowded: many people prefer to relax there so as not to spend money on entry and other amenities. The territory is very small, and there are many people, so you might get a feeling of overpopulation. Those who prefer a more relaxed and secluded vacation should consider going for paid beaches.

When is it better to go
