Kuchugury Central Beach

The central beach, one of the three equipped, is located in the center of the village, not far from the market and the Iskra health complex. The length is about 3 km. The sea here is clear, since the flows of the Azov and Black Seas meet in this place. Many people find the water temperature comfortable already with the onset of warm May days.

Among peculiarities this beach has there are the following:

• Changing cabins.
• Toilets.
• Work rescue services.
• Garbage is cleaned daily.

The beach is very convenient for vacationers who rest with families: soft shell rock, gentle slope, long growing depth. Cold flows are absent. Adults can relax a bit and not worry about the kids. Kids play on a wide sand strip as in a large sandbox.

Near the main entrance there are stalls with all the necessary accessories for relaxation. Every couple of hundreds of meters sellers in the stalls offer cold kvass, mojito, lemonade. All this is sold in sealed containers.

Lovers of solitude can retire a little to the side, there already is not so noisy. For kids, a trampoline and a large inflatable slide are set in the sand.

The main direction of treatment is children's rest, but for young people and lovers of fun, there is also a worthy program: rides on bananas and plates, ballooning in a hang glider in the company of an instructor, parachuting.

Breakwaters on the beach are not installed, so there are always small waves at the sea. But the wave only scares the new arrivals. In the following days, it is already possible to swing on it, diving under it. Catching up is popular among children. It is worth mentioning that vacationers with a poor vestibular apparatus should be careful not to get sick.

Kuchugury is a salvation for people suffering from skin diseases. Many people are attracted to the village by a unique mud volcano, which can relieve psoriasis and eczema. Here you can also treat sore joints for free.

When is the best time to go?

The climate of the Azov coast is somewhat similar to the Crimean: as dry but hotter. In the second half of summer, the temperature often rises to 30 degrees and above, stuffy reigns. To make the rest more comfortable, it is worth choosing the period from the end of May to the first half of July. The temperature of water and air at this time does not drop below 20 degrees, and the sun does not bake so much.
