Amadores beach
A cozy wide beach with a length of 800 meters is located in the southwest of the island next to the large resorts of Puerto de Mogan, Puerto Rico. The artificial bay preserves the calm of azure waters and prevents the blowing of strong winds. Its name translates as “ lovers beach”, so here you can often meet family tourists with children and hugging happy couples.

The artificial beach is almost closed from the waves of the ocean by massive breakwaters.
The beach is surrounded by a pedestrian promenade with well-groomed vegetation, free parking. It's pretty quiet in the evenings. Tourists who crave entertainment should go in search of them to the nearby Puerto Rico beach. You can reach it along the coast in 15 minutes.
When is it better to go
In Gran Canaria, warm winters and hot summers reign, however, the weather on the island can vary greatly depending on the chosen vacation spot.
