Cobourg beach
Cobourg is a popular municipal beach located in the central part of the settlement of the same name in the region of Ontario. The resort is visited by tourists from different regions of the country, there are many locals.

Beach description
The coastline and bottom are covered with soft white sand. The water is clean, transparent and warms up to +20 degrees Celsius in summer. The conditions are optimal for rest with little ones, the whole family, with friends. The infrastructure is well developed – there is everything for a comfortable stay of travelers. Lifeguards are at their posts, there're showers, toilets, buoys, locker rooms. Lots of stores, cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops. Travellers can relax in a civilized manner in the local city theatre. On the coast, there is a free public swimming pool, installed fountains and playgrounds for kids.
The coastline is long and wide - there is plenty of space for those who want to sunbathe, relax in the shade of majestic perennial trees or play active games: volleyball, football, frisbee. Every summer there are sandy festivals on the beach, such as Waterfront, Sandcastle – the participants build sculptures, castles, dragons from the sand on the shore. There's a yacht club and Victoria Park nearby. The territory of the beach is well-groomed, clean and regularly maintained by local public utilities. There are special places for barbecues and picnics.
When is it better to go
