Koh Hong beach

Koh Hong is small in size, a significant part of its coast is a beach (400 m), covered with fine white sand. The coast is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, clinging to sheer cliffs.

On the beach there is a minimum of traces of civilization, this is a wild stretch of coast. Out of the services there is only kayak rental service.

Koh Hong is part of a nature reserve. Its landscape are unusually picturesque. In the depths of the island is a lagoon, surrounded on all sides by sheer cliffs. The bright green water in the lake and the surrounding jungle are a mesmerizing picture that you should definitely see.

When is it better to go

The beaches of the province of Krabi are located in the southernmost region of the country, in a tropical climate zone. The best time for a journey is from November to April. This period is characterized by a stable temperature of air and water – about + 30 °C, smooth sea, lack of precipitation and harsh winds.
