Petite Anse beach
Petite Anse is located in the south of the island in the district of Le Anse d'Arle. St. Henry Catholic Church will become a guideline for you: this is where this marvelous beach begins. Near the entrance, there is a parking lot, however, due to the large influx it is often impossible to find free places. If yo have faced with this, you can find a large public parking lot at 5 minutes walking distance towards the city, where you can always find free places.

Beach description
There are always many people here, both children and adults. Young people also like this place as, right by the beach, there is a whole string of bars, restaurants and other entertainment venues. As Petite Anse is situated in the bay, a light breeze blows only rarely, that's why the waves will not prevent you from swimming and admiring the view of fancy marine species. Who can't you see here! Squids, shellfish, bright angel fish, huge turtles and lots of other representatives of the tropical underwater flora and fauna. Do not forget to bring a pipe and a mask as such equipment is not for rent on the beach.
This beach has fine and clean white sand, shallow coast, and clearest water. It is safe to relax with children here, that's why you should not be afraid to let them go ashore alone, but don't forget to put a rescuers or a vest on them.
When is the best time to go?
It is best to go to Martinique in the dry season from December to May, when the rains do not bother you, and the thermometer does not drop below 22 degrees. However, it should be remembered that in late December - early January, many tourists arrive on the island, which affects prices.
