Tartane beach
This is quite a large beach on the Caravel Peninsula, which is conditionally divided into several recreation areas. The most popular part of it is one where the playground is located. A huge number of families gather here with children every day, they have a good time playing on land and frolicking in water.

Beach description
Fine sand, shallow water, clean water and lack of waves create ideal conditions for peaceful family vacation. The entrance to the sea is soft and flat on each section of the beach, however, most people prefer to swim in the center.
It is a fishing beach, therefore boats with fishermen sail from here every morning in search of catches, and, in the evening, they return with the freshest seafood, which anyone can buy right here.
Palm and other trees create a snug natural shadow where it is possible to hide from direct sunlight. There is a toilet and shower on the beach, and right behind the wooden ponton, there is a bar-restaurant with a lovely covered terrace where you can regain your strength by ordering a refreshing drink or a delicious seafood dish.
When is the best time to go?
It is best to go to Martinique in the dry season from December to May, when the rains do not bother you, and the thermometer does not drop below 22 degrees. However, it should be remembered that in late December - early January, many tourists arrive on the island, which affects prices.
