Silver beach
Silver Beach, located 8 km from Beihai city center, is considered one of the best beaches in southern China. There are many opportunities for relaxing and active recreation, as well as sports. The coast in this place attracts you to spend the whole day by the sea.

Beach description
The beach is very long, it is more than 20 km long, so even in the peak season you can easily find an empty space. The local sand has an unusual white-silver tint. There are no big waves, but there are noticeable ebbs and flows.
There are changing stalls, a luggage room and showers on the beach, and services are available for a fee. There are many shops selling food and beach accessories on the promenade. The recreation area is controlled by lifeguards and the coast guard. There is a large selection of hotels right by the beach, the entire promenade is quite densely built up.
There is the largest musical sculptural fountain in Asia. You can go on a trip to the next island from here.
When is it better to go
