Portigliolo beach
Portigliolo is a 2 km long beach located in the southwestern part of Corsica. Its shores offer a beautiful view of the green hills, picturesque village and lush forests. Another adornment of the beach is the huge cobblestones that rise above sea level.

The beach has a summer bar, toilet, changing room. Nearby, there's a boat rental center, a tennis court, a well-equipped parking lot, several shops, restaurants and hotels. The local dock deserves a special mention – it's convenient for admiring tourist liners and luxury yachts furrowing the Mediterranean Sea.
Portigliolo is characterized by a smooth increase in depths, smooth water surface and a weak but pleasant breeze. Sometimes powerful winds and large waves rise here. On such days it's not recommended to let children go to the sea.
The beach offers the guests the following leisure options:

- diving, snorkelling and surfing (on windy days);

Portigliolo is located 30 km south of Ajaccio. You can get here by private transport, rented powerboat or taxi.
