Vignanotica beach
Vignanotica is a unique natural phenomenon on the territory of the town of Mattinata. Decoration of the coast are grandiose cliffs of white limestone. Like fantastic giants, they grew out of silver sand mixed with pebbles and thoughtfully bent over the turquoise water.

Beach description
Despite the natural splendor and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as rental canoes, catamarans and pedal boats, the beach is usually deserted and quiet. The easiest way to get to Vignanotica is by car on the highway connecting Vieste to Mattinata. From the guarded parking near the road, you will need to go down on foot following the signs.

In terms of climate, the period from May to October is the most favorable for visiting Italy. The air and water temperature becomes ideal for a classic beach holiday, followed by a trip to the coast of Italy. However, it is necessary to remember that a long summer with the scorching sun, warm sea and pleasant sea breeze attracts crowds of tourists.
