Haad Chao Pao beach
If heading North from Tong Sala port, Haad Chao Pao beach is less than half an hour by feet. Its expanses are stretching for 500 meters to the Cape Laem Son.

Beach description
Calling card of the beach is soft white sand with a slight yellowish tinge. Lush green planting protect this paradise of peace and comfort. The beach attracts true aesthetes and those who love to dive into the underwater depths. Haad Chao Pao has picturesque bays and coves, surrounded by majestic rock structures. Not far from the shore (at a distance of about 100 m) lurks coral reef, waiting for new divers-researchers. At Haad Chao Pao beach vacationers should remember: depth of the sea near the shore increases rapidly. The distance to the bottom near reef is particularly high.
During the heat of the day, you can take refuge in one of the many bungalows, scattered throughout the coastal area. Waves are small, but they can lift silt from the bottom. Haad Chao Pao beach can be reached in 15 minutes by taxi from the main pier of Tong Sala.
When is it better to go
The period from November to March is considered the high season in Thailand. Comfortable air temperature, as well as minimal rainfall create optimal conditions for a beach holiday.
