Dover beach
Dover Beach (Dover Beach) - a beautiful beach in the bay of St. Lawrence, on the outskirts of the town of Oistins on the south coast of Barbados. Convenient location and close proximity to the city makes it very popular with locals and tourists. Companies and couples come here to swim and sunbathe, as well as hang out and have fun. For this reason, Dover Beach is absolutely not suitable for families with children. You can get to the beach from the nearest town in a matter of minutes by taxi or rented car, walking on foot.

Beach description
The coastal area of Dover Beach is covered with light sand and planted with trees, that form a natural shade. The wind often blows on the beach, which creates small and medium waves, suitable for windsurfing, surfing, sailing Hobie Cat and boogie boarding in the winter and spring period. A small underwater current runs along the coast. It is required to be shod in beach shoes, when entering the water, because of the reefs and sea urchins.
Along Dover Beach there are many restaurants and bars, discos, souvenir shops, and across - a pitch for cricket, football and basketball. There are a rental of loungers and other equipment, dinghies and launchs, catamarans and jet skis in the beach area, beach conveniences and a rescue service.

In Barbados island, the temperature is hot all year round, so the only thing that can ruin your vacation experience is the rainy season in summer. Any other period, the weather in Barbados is sunny and comfortable for all ages.
