Lanta Secret Beach
Lanta Secret Beach is one of the best beaches on Ko Lanta island, located between Relax Beach and Klong Khong. Lanta Secret was quite a secret place until recent times, surrounded by a tall stone mountain system from the both sides of the coast, with locked rusty gates locking the road access.

Beach description
Today the beach is much more accessible. It's still called "Secret", but tourists do visit this place. Some infrastructure has already been built around here. The front line was cleared from old trees, with coconut palms replacing them.
A view from the sea opens from the roadside now. A new road to the beach is being paved. Maybe a new hotel complex will be built on the front line of the beach in the future.
The beach is covered in sand and stones. A picturesque arch-shaped rock is located on the beach. The descent is smooth, the sea bottom is sandy with pebbles and the sea is calm. Deep water starts about 5 m away from the beach. Visitors bring their own sunbeds and umbrellas here, as it's better to have them on you. You can get to Lanta Secret Beach from the northern edge of Klong Khong Beach on foot, leave your car on the nearest hotel's parking lot.
When is it better to go
The period from November to March is considered the high season in Thailand. Comfortable air temperature, as well as minimal rainfall create optimal conditions for a beach holiday.
