Ao Cho is the beach of the East coast of Koh Samet island, located in a picturesque bay near the resort of Wong Duan.

Beach description
The lengths of a coastline is 200m, widths is about 5-7m, but during low tides it becomes 25m. The lowering of the bottom is smooth, the water is clear and clear, the shore is shallow. The facilities are suitable for children. The bay is surrounded by big boulders. From the one side of the beach is a cafe, from the other - great place for snorkeling.
There are cafes, a shop, an expensive resort and budget bungalows. There is a hotel restaurant. For the convenience of tourists on the coast there is a free fresh water shower and toilet, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas. Near the resort is a paid car park.
Local entertainments:
- pier fishing (fishing rod rental 150 baht),
- kayak rental,
- snorkeling (there is an equipment rental on the shore),
- massage.
People get to the beach by motorboat or by fairy from the mainland, arriving at the pier in the village of Ban Phe. From the pier in Nah Dan on the Island to different parts of the coast go songthe minibuses and taxis.
When is it better to go
The period from November to March is considered the high season in Thailand. Comfortable air temperature, as well as minimal rainfall create optimal conditions for a beach holiday.
