Sangthian beach
Sangthian is a beach in the South-East of the island of Koh Samet, located next to the famous resort of Wong Duan.

Beach description
The sand is covered only the central part of the shore, other part is stony; the lowering of the bottom is smooth, the beach is shallow, the landscape is suitable for family holidays with children. The beach is not crowded, suitable for a relaxing holiday. People get here from pier Nah Dan by songteo or boat. A wide hiking trail leads from the Northern part of Koh Samet to Sangthian beach. On the way there is a quad bike rental.
The beach infrastructure is well-developed:

- water entertainments;

Sangthian is a budget, quiet and calm beach with no fuss and noisy parties. Tourists can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Thailand and the rocky mountains that surround the resort.
When is it better to go
The period from November to March is considered the high season in Thailand. Comfortable air temperature, as well as minimal rainfall create optimal conditions for a beach holiday.
