Beach description
This wide sandy beach with fine, clean sand without false modesty can be called golden, and the views are spectacular: colored mountains, clear, crystal clear water of the Red Sea, oases with palm trees and colorful coral reefs. The entrance to the water is smooth, gentle, in some places you can even go without special shoes, which is convenient for children.
As a part of entertainment - diving (especially on the nearby island of the Pharaohs), windsurfing, walks and fishing on yachts, camel riding in the desert, golf.
The sea is calm, the water is warm even in winter. Winds are felt mainly in the winter and in the evening. This resort is ideal for a secluded, measured, romantic recreation and for those who like to contemplate and explore the underwater and mountain beauties.
When is it better to go?
Red Sea resorts are open year-round. However, in July and August it is better to refrain from traveling, because there is unbearable heat, approximately 35-40 degrees, you can sunbathe in the sun instantly. May-June and September-October is the best time to travel to Egypt, because the heat is decreasing and hotel prices are getting lower (since the Mediterranean holiday season is still open).
