Martil beach

Beach description
Martil beach is endless white sands with perfect purity and crystal clear water. On the one hand beach is bordered by Cabo Negro, there are mountains on the other hand. Behind the wide beach are houses and cafes of the resort Martil. Length of the beach is about 8 km of the Mediterranean beach line in the period from May to October, water temperature varies from 25-27°C, rest of the period does not rise above 16-18°C. Turquoise endless sea surface creates a magnificent backdrop for evening and night promenades under the bright starry sky of Morocco. Martil beach is equipped for beach rest, umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as for active time: fishing and sailing.
Martil beach though popular, but not crowded. Resort is great for quite families rest. Waves on Martil beach are noisy, but not as high as on the beaches that are washed by waters of the Atlantic ocean. Bottom is clean and sandy with a gentle and shallow entrance to the sea. Horse riding and camel riding can also be arranged on beach.
When is the best time to go?
The beach season in Morocco opens in April and comes to a close in October. The best months to visit the resorts of this country are May-June and September-October.
