Saidia beach
Saidia is the most popular and longest beach on the Mediterranean coast of Morocco. It is located in the urban area of the resort of the same name. It is also called “Perle Bleue”, that is, “blue pearl” for its clear blue water and white fine sand. The beach has a developed infrastructure and promises its visitors a pleasant vacation.

Beach description
Saidia beach is a 14 km long sandy strip in a bay in northeastern Morocco close to the Algerian border. The beach is actively visited by locals and visiting tourists in high season. Many young people and couples with children rest here. Admission to the beach is free.
The descent into the sea in the area of the entire beach strip is gentle with a safe sandy bottom and a shallow area where children can splash around. The beach area of Saidia is always clean and well-groomed, for which it was awarded the blue flag - an environmental mark. In addition to swimming and sunbathing, visitors of Saidia Beach can enjoy water recreation:
- jet skiing;
- diving;
- windsurfing and surfing;
- yachting.
While relaxing on the beach, you can go canoeing, go out on catamarans or go to sea on a boat to take part in real sea fishing.
You can get to the resort of Saidia by train, plane or ferry. And in order to get to the beach, come by car or walk along the promenade past the eucalyptus grove and thickets of mimosa.
When is the best time to go?
The beach season in Morocco opens in April and comes to a close in October. The best months to visit the resorts of this country are May-June and September-October.

Saidia is a resort of a new generation which has everything you need for a quality vacation, therefore its beach area is comfortably equipped. In high season, there are a lot of visitors for whom paid umbrellas with tables and chairs, awnings along the entire beach are installed.
In the evening, the beach is illuminated by lights and becomes the venue for concerts, including the annual festival of folk music.
