Livadi beach
Livadi is the longest beach on Serifos. It is located in the resort area in the south-eastern part of the island, 4.5 km from Chora. Thanks to the active shuttle service, getting to Livadi Beach by bus is not difficult. In addition, you can get to it by taxi, rented car or scooter.

Beach description
Livadi beach has the sand and pebble covering and is surrounded with a band of trees creating the pleasant natural shadow. The sea in the beach area has the smooth water entry and the small shallow-water site is comfortable for swimming with children. The beach guests have a possibility to swim, to take sun baths, engage in yachting, sailing, and other water sports.
The beach territory is equipped and has all the required infrastructure for comfort beach recreation – sling chairs, umbrellas, water closets ans changing rooms. From the beach, the beautiful view of Aegean Sea opens, giving you a wonderful possibility to take panoramic photos. The beach zone borders on numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, and shops. In terms of territory, Livadi is situated close to popular beaches: Livadakia, Megalo Livadi, Psili Ammos, and Agios Sostis.
When is the best time to go?
Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing. So the best time to relax in Greece is the end of spring-beginning of summer or September-October.
