Lucice beach

Lucice is mostly sand-and-shingle, surrounded with rocks, junipers, and pines. The beach attracts with its solitude because it is not seen from the hotel windows. Shore length is over 200 m, and its width is 10-24 m. The water is clean and clear, it warms up to 21-25 °C in summer. The sea-floor slope is steep, with pebbles, the depth is gained quickly. The first 3-5 meters are perfect for games of the youngest tourists. It is a popular place among the locals; tourists come to this beach less often. Even in high season there is a lot of space for all the vacationers. Hardly anybody is there in the morning; Russians come to the resort scarcely ever. It gets crowded around 11-12 p.m.

Lucice can be divided into two parts:

• it is a sandy beach with well-developed infrastructure

and a wild rocky side.

The first is a good option for those who love comfort, the second is for everyone who prefers nature. There are cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, changing cabins, beach showers, toilets, rental service(a sun lounger with an umbrella), parking areas at the infrastructured side. For children, there are water slides, playgrounds, diners with ice cream.

When is it better to go

The high season on the beaches of Montenegro begins in July and lasts until September. During this period, here is settled a dry sunny weather, the air temperature reaches + 30 °C, there is almost no rainfall, the Adriatic warms up to very comfortable + 26 °C. Sea resorts are overcrowded to the limit, there are a lot of people on the beaches, prices for accommodation, products and services are at their maximum.
