Njivice beach

The coastline is long and wide, divided between tenants. Most are covered with pebbles and sand, there are also concrete sites. The water in the sea is clean and clear, the depth is gaining gradually. Thanks to the shallow water, the sea warms up quickly to the optimum temperature. Waves are rare, and the wind is weak. Conditions are suitable for vacation with kids. Most vacationers are tourists and locals with families, pensioners. For cleanliness, safety, excellent comfortable conditions for relaxing, the beach was awarded the honorary Blue Flag award.

On the beach there is a rental of water skis, scooters, jet skis and other water vehicles. There are rides on the shore for children and adults. Near the central beach is a nudist zone. On the beach there are free toilets, showers and changing rooms, cafes, shops and souvenir shops. Lovers of active nightlife go to the neighboring village of Igalo, located 4 km away.

When is it better to go

The high season on the beaches of Montenegro begins in July and lasts until September. During this period, here is settled a dry sunny weather, the air temperature reaches + 30 °C, there is almost no rainfall, the Adriatic warms up to very comfortable + 26 °C. Sea resorts are overcrowded to the limit, there are a lot of people on the beaches, prices for accommodation, products and services are at their maximum.
