Slovenska plaza beach

Slavic – the largest city beach in Budva, which stretches along the picturesque promenade from the port in Old Town to the hotel complex Astra Montenegro. Nearby are the medieval buildings of the Citadel of Old Budva, the Monastery of Podmaine and the Church of the Holy Trinity.

Beach description

Slavic beach more than 1.5 km long is divided into two parts. The first, near the Old Town, is covered with sand and pebbles, and the second, from the Becici side, is covered with small pebbles. The high season on the beaches of Montenegro begins in July and lasts until September. During this period, here is settled a dry sunny weather, the air temperature reaches + 30 °C, there is almost no rainfall, the Adriatic warms up to very comfortable + 26 °C. Sea resorts are overcrowded to the limit, there are a lot of people on the beaches, prices for accommodation, products and services are at their maximum.
