Kata Noi Beach, Phuket
Kata Noi is a beach in a small bay on the South-West coast of Phuket. Kata Noi is separated from the big Kata with natural rock formation. Long stone ladder on the top of the rock leads to the beach. There is no entrance from Kata.

Beach description
Kata Noi is covered with fine white sand. The area is well maintained and clean. The decent in gentle, but in 5m it's quite deep. The bottom is sandy. The water is clean and transparent, no waves. Along the shore are several elite hotels.
The beach has a well-developed infrastructure. There are several rows of paid sunbeds with umbrellas, there are no places to rest on your mat. Several small cafes work here. Ski jets, kayaks and banana boats rental agencies. People can do parasailing, snorkeling and diving. Natural shade is limited, sunbeds under the trees are owned by hotels. The beach is not crowded. Among the vacationers are hotel guests and a few tourists. The route is quite sophisticated, so children shouldn't be taken with. During the low season Kata Noi shore is collapsed by high waves. It's a dangerous time for swimming, but is a good season for surfing.
Near the road leading to Kata Noi, located a small park with picturesque lawns, sprawling palm trees, walking paths, an artificial pond, recreation areas and a playground for playing big chess.
When is it better to go
The best time for a beach holiday in Phuket lasts from November to April or May. The weather during this period is sunny, calm, the sea is calm, there are almost no waves. The height of the beach season falls on December, when a number of major international holidays are added to water activities. Prices for airline tickets, accommodation, services, food and transportation are at their maximum.

Near the Kata Noi Beach is a Viewpoint from which people can enjoy amazing views of the sea and three coastline beaches: Kata Noi, Kata and Karon. A little further, driving straight the unpaved road, tourists can get to the elephant farm, where they can rent an elephant for jungle trip.
Kata Noi can be reached by taxi or rented car. Public transport doesn't work here.
