Petit Havre beach
Those who prefer to lie in the sun and swim, are unlikely to like this beach. But avid surfers will like it because there are sufficiently strong and stable waves. There are algae in the water, so sometimes it can smell like fish. Those who do not pay attention to such trifles will like to watch iguanas, flocks of exotic birds and look for original shells near.

Beach description
This sandy beach is small, but very popular among tourists, which often makes it crowded. If you want to find a parking spot, better come as early as possible. The waters near the shore are shallow and don't get deep for a few meters. The descent is smooth and soft, so you won't need slippers.
The beach is located between two towns - Sainte-Anne and Le Gosier, on the south of Grande-Terre near Mare Gailard. The best way to get here is by car or taxi, as buses that drive here stop circulating quite early (at 16 or 18 o'clock, depending on the schedule).
When is the best time to go?
It is best to go to Guadeloupe from December to May, as the weather at this time is set dry and fresher than in other months. However, it should be borne in mind that in December, during the holidays, many tourists arrive to celebrate Christmas and New Year, which affects prices.
