Raoued Beach is located in the suburbs of the capital, just 20 km away from the center, on the north coast of the country.

Beach description
The wide coastline is covered with fine golden sand. The entry to the sea is gentle. The bottom is sandy. The territory of the beach is not characterized by cleanliness, the garbage is in the water as well.
Raoued is very popular with the capital's residents. Vacationers sit on deck chairs or towels, hiding from the sun under covers. Tourists are rare. In summer, there are diners, shops with refreshments and ice-cream open in Raoued. There are no water sports stations or water equipment rental centers.

When is it better to go
Tunisia is located in two climatic zones — tropical and subtropical. The swimming season opens in May and lasts until October. During this period, the least amount of precipitation falls, calm weather prevails, the sea is calm, and a storm rarely occurs. In July and August it becomes especially hot. Air temperature exceeds +40°C. In August, it sometimes storms.
