Useful information

The beach waters have large jellyfish that sting the tourists from time to time. These bites are not dangerous: they disappear in 1-2 days and don't threaten the tourist's health. In local pharmacies, you can buy products accelerating skin recovery.

A little tip: don't buy food from beach vendors. Most of them just pretend to work in restaurants. Collaboration with them ends with purchasing junk food, overpayment, and in the worst cases, intoxication.

It is not recommended to get to Caleta and Caletilla beaches by common buses - they are almost always overcrowded. If possible, buy a ticket for tourist transport. When you order taxi, ensure that a driver does not use a teller and does not overprice 2-3 times.
