Mazunte Beach is ready to show its unknown world in a town called Puerto Angel. It is possible to get to it by taxi or public transport from any nearby airport - this is either Puerto Escondido or the city of Huatulco.

Beach description
A cozy sandy beach with paradisiacally blue and clear water, surrounded by rocky area. Several hotels and restaurants along the coastline do not darken the exterior view. The beach is attractive not only to those, who like to catch a few rays, but also to advanced surfers, as the waves here are quite steep.
Pacification and a measured way of life favor yoga classes, true freedom-loving judges of this culture form seminars here, and upon graduation, do not mind staying in Mazunte for a couple more months. Shops, souvenir shops work in a free mode, it seems, that the words money, power, luxury are not known here, and the main motto of the village of Mazunte is “Freedom in everything”.
In addition to lovely sunsets, a romantic atmosphere and picturesque nature, the beach is also famous for its place called Punta Comet, it is believed, that this is a kind of place of power for locals, as well as for all visiting tourists. Nearby there is also the Centro Mexicano de la Tortuga - a popular center, where it is possible to plan an individual trip to view the life of turtles.
When is the best time to go?
From May to October, heavy rains and tornadoes are usually played off the Mexican coasts. So the best time to visit the country is from November to March. However, it should be mindful of that prices in the high season are higher than usual.
