Carrizalillo Beach
Carrizalillo beach is located in the farthest area of the town called Puerto Escondido, where there is an airport, so it is possible to arrive here either by plane, or by bus or rented car. It is possible to move around the city on foot or by taxi, but you will have to go down to the Cote d'Azur along the steps between the thickets.

The beach is surrounded by cliffs, small in size, with a sandy coating and strong waves. In addition, it is better to rest here for someone, who knows how to swim well, because the nature of the water in the bay is quite wayward, and near the coast it is already very deep. On the coast there are several public catering establishments, in which the freshest sea mollusks can be cooked. At the same time, the beach is perfect for surfers - locals, one by one, offer tourists to train them in this exciting sport. Other activities include sunbathing on sunbeds in the shade of palm trees and boat trips to try to view turtles or dolphins.
When choosing a rest within Puerto Escondido it is possible to leave Carrizalillo Beach and see the local sights. Among them there are a park with rare reptiles, coffee plantations and a fish market with the freshest delicacies. And if you get to the town in the last days of November, it is possible to catch a surf festival.
When is the best time to go?
From May to October, heavy rains and tornadoes are usually played off the Mexican coasts. So the best time to visit the country is from November to March. However, it should be mindful of that prices in the high season are higher than usual.
