Sirena Bay beach

Sirena Bay is a little-known quiet romantic beach in an isolated bay in the Agia Triada area in Protaras. Locals remember this place under the name Minas, but after the appearance of the cafe-bar "Siren" near the coast, the beach was called the same.

Beach description

The atmosphere on Sirena Bay is calm, so couples with small children often choose this place to relax. Most of the tourists are Cypriots, tourists rarely visit Sirena. The absence of waves and winds, a flat sandy entry allow even inexperienced swimmers to swim comfortably. The water on the beach is crystal clear with a bright blue shade, known for its magical beauty. The sand on the Siren is yellow with golden shades in the sunlight.

Sirena beach is small, its length is 50 meters and its width is 5 meters. Surrounding the coastline is the lush greenery of tropical trees, which create a beautiful landscape and provide additional shade. This place is not famous for its developed infrastructure such as bars and restaurants, it is loved for its silence and proximity to nature. For a more comfortable stay on the beach, you can rent umbrellas and sun loungers.

When is the best time to go?

The holiday season begins in Cyprus at the end of April, when the water in the sea warms up enough to feel comfortable for swimming. June – is the most comfortable month for relaxation: the temperature is pleasant, up to 26 to 30 degrees, the sea breeze freshes and tones up. In July-August, the island becomes too thick and glowing, but in September-October, comfortable conditions turn back again.
