Filinskaya Gulf beach
Filinskaya Gulf Beach is located in vicinities of Kaliningrad. From the beach a view of green mountains, dense forests, endless smooth surface of water opens. 3 meters from the water there is a forest where you can hide from the summer heat and take a nap in the shade. Length of the beach exceeds 1 km, and its width reaches 30-35 meters.

It is distinguished by the following features:
- small size;
- almost complete absence of garbage;
- a relatively small number of vacationers;
- clean air (even compared with Baltic resorts);
- smooth depth increase and soft bottom;
- clear and cold water.
Part of the beach is covered by wooden deck, which allows moving barefoot on in wheelchair. Safety of vacationers is monitored by several rescue teams at once. Local infrastructure includes walking paths, children's slides, braziers for shashliki, changing cabins.
When is the best time to go?
The Baltic coast is not the warmest place with respect to air temperature or water temperature. However, from July to September, the warmest and most comfortable period in the Baltic comes: fifteen degrees Celsius will be a stable mark. But remember that in late spring - early summer, the Baltic Sea may “bloom” due to the abundance of plankton: water becomes cloudy and saturated green. During this period, swimming will be unsafe and rather unpleasant.
