Korkinskoye Lake Beach
Korkinskoye Lake is one of the clearest reservoirs in the vicinity of St. Petersburg. It is surrounded by pine forests and sand dunes. Also, there are sports grounds, paintball club, rental center for ATVs, buggies and snowmobiles. For tourists, there are toilets, changing cabins, benches and tables installed.

Near the beach there are some hotels and guest houses, offering the following services:
- fishing on a wooden pier with a fishing rod or spinning;
- conduction of thematic events (holidays, corporate parties, official celebrations);
- organization of concerts and entertaining programs;
You can get to the beach by personal car - there is private car parking nearby. Buses No. 469, 485 and the mini-bus K563 run here. The best time to visit Korkinskoye Lake is early morning (until 8:00). In this time the beach is calm and not crowded.
Part of the beach is covered by wooden deck on which it is convenient to sunbathe. In the vicinity of Korkinskoye there is Russian bath, restaurant, boat and sports equipment rental center. It is forbidden to make fire here. If you want to cook shashliki - rent a brazier or bring your own!
When is better to go?
The Baltic coast is not the warmest place with respect to air temperature or water temperature. However, from July to September, the warmest and most comfortable period in the Baltic comes: fifteen degrees Celsius will be a stable mark. But remember that in late spring - early summer, the Baltic Sea may “bloom” due to the abundance of plankton: water becomes cloudy and saturated green. During this period, swimming will be unsafe and rather unpleasant.
