Cala Mayor beach

Fronts of several comfortable hotels, both cheap and expensive, are located near the beach. A whole alleyway of establishments where you can either have a simple snack or try some special cuisine is within walking distance from the beach. Important to note that you can get to the beach from any other place in Palma by public transport (bus).

The beach itself has an average size. It's 250 m long and 50 m wide. And it's never crowded, even during high season. The reason is that it's surrounded by sharp reef stones from both sides. So it'll be a perfect place for those who prefer calm vacations.

The beach season on the coast of Spain falls on the period from May to October. The water and air temperature reaches the most comfortable levels, thereby guaranteeing tourists a perfect vacation.
