Useful information

Agios Stefanos is among the most photographed beaches. This is due to the combination of the beauty of nature and important historical places near the coast.

  1. The ruins of the early Christian churches are a few meters from the sea.
  2. The rocky island of Castries gives charm to the landscape. It has a stone top and a chapel of St. Nicholas.
  3. You can swim to the islet with the ruins of the Byzantine fortification. It is believed that sailing using a catamaran means adding light to the aura and plus to your karma. It is difficult to move around because of the abundance of sharp stones. Shoes in the form of water shoes will help.
  4. Around the island you can swim in a mask and see an interesting and diverse underwater world. But you should avoid meeting with sea urchins.
