Camel beach

Camel Beach, though not expansive, boasts a prime position across the cape from Paradise Beach, nestled within a picturesque bay. On its shore, you'll discover the charming Camel Restaurant, offering an array of exquisite seafood dishes to delight your palate.

Beach description

The secluded beach with the most transparent water is equipped with paying beds and umbrellas to shield from the sun. It is located near the confluence of the Mediterranean and Aegean seas.

  • The pebble-sand coating of the beach is fringed by rocks of different heights. Opposite the shore, the highest rock, adorned with vibrant paint, beckons visitors to approach by water transport.
  • The dirt descent to the beach strip by car is straightforward yet surreal. However, some tourists may find it steep.
  • Good access to the clean, clear sea makes this place attractive for children's safe bathing. One must wade more than a meter to reach depth.
  • It is interesting for children to walk along the sand, which is sprinkled with small, colored pebbles.
  • Windy conditions on the beach are rare, making it challenging to catch a wave here.
  • Holidaymakers who have already visited Camel Beach advise bringing a mask to swim along the cliff and shoes to facilitate walking around the boulders.

When is the best time to go?
