Bo Phut beach
Bo Phut is the third most popular and busiest beach in Koh Samui after Chaweng and Lamai. In high season crowds of tourists come here for nice and clean sea and variety of activities. This beach was found around Fisherman Village, which eventually became one of the most developed areas of Koh Samui. Bo Phut is located in cozy bay, so strong winds and high waves are very rare for this place, but its sunsets will amaze with beauty even the most sophisticated tourists.
Bo Phut is an excellent choice for those who want to relax from the incessant noise and hubbub of Thai beaches, but not ready to settle somewhere in the wilderness without amenities and entertainment nearby. This make Bo Phut very popular among Samui tourists.
In the Western part of Bo Phut, cleanliness is carefully monitored by numerous hotels, where visitors will also find an excellent entrance to the water and a great depth, which ensures independence from the tides and makes it dangerous for children to swim.
